Returns:

All Orders from "TheCardboardBoutique.co.uk" have a 14 Day Returns Policy.

If you are not 100% happy with our product's we will provide a full refund (excluding postage costs).

The product(s) must be returned "unused" or "Brand New" condition, at the customers expense for a full refund.

The item must be suitably packaged and addressed for its return.

Important:

Include your order reference number from your order email 

We can not issue a refund without this information.

We cannot be held responsible if an item is damadged or lost in transit back to us.

Please ensure suitable postage is payed for any returned items.
